Thanks for sharing with me the advance copy of your book, "MONKEY BUSINESS ". I really enjoyed it.

While I have many thoughts about its application in all of our businesses today, this book goes to the core issues that we need to truly differentiate ourselves in our respective businesses.

What I enjoyed relating to is your "fire in the belly" attitude, that is so contagious, that you communicate (verbally, body language, gestures, etc) daily about what it takes to take care of your family, customers, your people and your associates and you were able to transfer that zeal to the book. Well done!!!.

I can't imagine a business where these concepts forged in "Monkey business" can't be applied. We are all looking for the magic formula in differentiating ourselves, but you said it best ... Take care of your team, and they'll take care of your customers. Growth comes from the "Wow" factor that is the result of getting the right members on the team, setting expectations, giving them the tools to win, and then getting out of their way.
As leaders, we have to take the time to let our team know that they are truly making a difference. That type of positive reinforcement only encourages them to do "More of the same & even better".
