Mick is a full-time business advisor, inspirational speaker, author, columnist and professional trainer.  He brings you more than 20 years of experience and expertise in leadership, performance management, and customer service in manufacturing, retail, government, and service organizations. Mick has served over 200 organizations in his career including some nationally recognized for outstanding service.

Mick is a proud member of the National Speakers Association, International Federation For Professional Speakers and the Society for Human Resource Management. Mick writes a weekly business column for Green Bay Press Gazette and his articles are picked up by other Gannett newspapers. As well, Mick writes articles for magazines, chambers of commerce and company newsletters and he can write them for your company too.

Mick earned an MBA in Finance and Operations from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, as well as an M.S. in Risk Control and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, first university ever to win the Malcolm Baldrdge Award.
