From the moment I heard Mick speak to a group of us at WMEP Conference in Milwaukee in early 2008 I knew that we had a CONNECTION!!

After speaking to Mick about where Professional Plating was heading and discussing the opportunity for him to speak to our team, it was very apparent that he could and would add value to our agenda!

His approach to reality – by not sugar coating the delivery is a refreshing common sense application of what business needs today!

His message about companies and people who “Get It”, relates well to what we are working very hard towards having all team members at PPI understand.

The message towards adding value and being a responsible partner fit well to our cultural delivery.  By crafting his delivery around day to day examples and a historic perspective the events were full of learning opportunities that had a context of reality and not some pie in the sky nicey nice viewpoint!

At Professional Plating we are not into commodity type training and communications – events that are canned and all one way delivery.  Mick was able to further mold his message to fit our business and our team.
